San Rafael Parochial School firmly believes that each child is a gift from God. Its core of curriculum is Religion which is taught to permeate into the lives of the learners thus becoming truthful, just and loving persons.

SRPS value connection with the parents and community to enable it maximize the learning and social experiences of the students. It has high expectations from its learners to reach full potential as an individual.

The inspiration from San Rafael Parochial School came in 1965 when Msgr. Laureano Caoli and Mrs. Josefa Dionisio worked together to put up a Catholic school for the children of Balut, Tondo. It was established in July 7, 1969 and officially opened in July 14, 1969 to Kinder and Grade 1.

From a simple classroom, SRPS expanded to a four- storey building offering Kindergarten to Senior High School. SRPS will continue to realize its vision and mission with God’s intervention.
